Da Boyz

Here's a picture I did for my friends down the street -Andrew, Lee, and Isaac. At least once a week we play football, battle in Mario Cart Double Dash, or trap critters in the woods. They are a great source of inspiration for illustrations.

Hey bro, looks good. I especially dig the 'stache on the pup and the crazy-eyed squirrel.
there's a smooth, soft dimension to the figures. is that new to your style? maybe I just haven't noticed before.
    rock on brotha man.

  2. Hey Sis!

Yeah, I've been trying some new things lately from new influences and new techniques.

Lee's dog is actually named 'Stache'. Isn't that funny? He's a good sidekick for Lee.

  4. Hey Heath- My name is Scott (a fellow Christian Illustrator). I'm totally a fan of your work. I've seen the stuff you do for kids, and your blog ROCKS! Anyway, I just came across your blog and had to say Hello! I totally agree with your statement "The most satisfying thing on earth is learning more about Christ and glorifying God through my talents." There is nothing cooler than mixing art and Christ to reach kids- that's the stuff!
